Podcast posted: Todd Nowlan, “Benefits of XML and single-sourcing”

Todd Nowlan shares what he knows with the user community so you, too, can be successful with your projects.

Recently we posted an interview with Todd Nowlan from  Nortel Networks. They implemented their XML publishing project before DITA was really ready, and they’re still using the system today. The original project was to support enterprise content in a large, global company. They had over 700 writers spread out all over the world. What they did was nothing short of amazing. We’ve heard Todd’s story several times, and are impressed each and every time. Something special is required to be successful at that level for that long.

On this podcast, Todd shares what he knows with the user community so you, too, can be successful with your projects.  Todd was recently a guest speaker for the Arbortext User group (watch the video) and is scheduled to be a panelist in our upcoming webinar “ROI of XML”.
